For your information, a copy of the freewlcode.com page (information from March 12, 2025). Version française ici.
PC SOFT® is the publisher of a multi-platform AGL. Their clients have invested in licenses, salaries, and training, sometimes for over 30 years, to develop software, websites, and mobile applications. It’s therefore important to know what can influence the future of this company and its products (and therefore the future of your software!).
Unless we are mistaken:
- The new President of PC SOFT® is Bryn Jenkins since December 1, 2024 (sources : pappers.fr, societe.com). He is also the manager of PCSCloud® and general manager of “Four J’s Development Tools” France (source : pappers.fr). As of March 11, 2025, PC SOFT® has not communicated on this acquisition.
- Four J’s Development Tools is itself the property of Volaris Group (Ontario, Canada) who is part of the group Constellation Software Inc. (Ontario, Canada) . (sources : Volaris , Constellation)
- On the other hand, all of PC SOFT®‘s shares were acquired by “Two Squared France II”, whose chairman is John Isak. (source : pappers.fr, select the “unknown document” dated November 28, 2024). According to its NAF code, this company specializes in “fund management.”
- “Two Squared France II” is itself the property of TWO SQUARED SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (Irland) (source : pappers.fr).
- John Isak is Chief Investment Officer at Volaris Group, part of Constellation Software Inc. (sources : LinkedIn et csisoftware.com).
In short, these two paths confirm that: PC SOFT® (France) is now owned by Constellation Software Inc. (Canada).

PC SOFT was acquired in December 2024 by various entities, all under the umbrella of the Canadian company Constellation Software listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
No public announcements, as of April 3, 2025, are available on the PC SOFT website, the Volaris Group website, the Constellation Software website, or the Volaris Group or PC SOFT LinkedIn pages.
This is all the more strange since the French company 4D SAS, which is in some ways a competitor of PC SOFT (Win/Mac/Web/mobile development platform), was acquired by Volaris Group/Constellation Software at the same time. The announcement was made in the wake of on LinkedIn and on the Volaris Group website.
Despite making this acquisition visible to everyone (despite the fact that the information is public on the sites referenced on freewlcode.com), and we are convinced that PC SOFT is aware of the existence of our page, control of this information continues. But for what purpose?

It took PC SOFT nearly six months to publicly discuss its acquisition. The following message was copied and pasted following several negative reviews published on TrustPilot. This same message is present on the homepage, in the “News” section.
PC SOFT has a new shareholder and joined Constellation Software Inc., one of the world’s leading software publishers (over $10 billion in software sales in 2024).
CSI has taken full control, with the aim of strengthening and developing PC SOFT over the long term, without ever selling it.
Like nearly 80% of software publishers worldwide, CSI has opted for a modern, subscription-based sales model.
