Indicative cost estimator (June 2026)

This estimator helps assess the potential annual additional cost related to session/application fees and the announced costs for WEBDEV servers. The result can then be copied into an annex document supporting an injunction request or any other legal file.

1. Annual additional cost per application

Add one row for each affected application. For each application, indicate the maximum number of database connections it may make and the number of affected end users. The number of machines is not included in this calculation.

2. Annual WEBDEV server cost

Add one row for each affected WEBDEV server. For each server, indicate the number of cores and the amount of memory in gigabytes. The calculation uses the following indicative prices: €5,990 per core per year and €990 per GB of RAM per year.
